hi, i'm edwin ruhiu. a kenyan ui/ux designer and full stack developer i create beautiful, custom web applications that will be sure to impress your target audience, drive traffic and make sales.

I find great passion in designing and developing web applications that help businesses take advantage of the web. I create custom web applications as i believe custom builds best align the clients' online platform to their unique and outstanding personalities.

I love playing football with my local team, a proud supporter of manchester united, watching syfy movies and old sitcoms, drinking coffee, that apparently doesn't keep me up all night, watching sunset and photographing nature in all its beauty, I also secretly love dong dishes as i find it relaxing and good to unwind. BUT DON'T TELL MY GIRLFRIEND.

UI/UX DESIGN

I have a great passion in designing beautiful custom web applications that seek to bring out the clients' personality and individuality into their online platform.

I design using: ADOBE XD & FIGMA.

FRONTEND DEVELOPMENT

Over the years I have developed a great mastery in HTML5, CSS3 and JAVASCRIPT which are vital in creating custom web applications. I am also well acquainted in PHP, REACT JS, VUE JS, WORDPRESS & WEBFLOW.

BACKEND DEVELOPMENT

I have a working knowledge in backend development using PHP, NODE JS, GOLANG & DJANGO. I am constantly learning to improve my mastery in backend development to help me be a fullstack developer able to handle a project from idealization, through the building phase to deployment.

API INTEGRATION

Over the years, I have worked on numerous projects that have given me necessary knowledge on API integration into custom web applications.

SEO

Search Engine Optimization is key to driving traffic into websites in hope of converting visits into sales. A skill that I hold with great pride having studied, mastered and worked on it over the past 3 years.

RESEARCH

I am an unapologetic geek and I love reading and learning new things that impact our everyday life, this hobby makes me a great researcher as I see research tasks as a learning opportunity rather than an assignment that needs to be completed.
